Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Residential Cleaner and bring sparkle and freshness to homes! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch cleaning services that create comfortable, hygienic, and welcoming living spaces. Whether tackling routine chores or specialized cleaning tasks, your work will directly contribute to the happiness and well-being of our clients. Duties Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential spaces, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, and outdoor patios. Use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment to ensure floors, carpets, and surfaces are spotless and well-maintained. Conduct laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens. Maintain sanitation standards by disinfecting high-touch areas and ensuring proper waste disposal. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client requests professionally and courteously. Manage floor care routines including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces pristine. Assist with light cooking or meal prep if required by clients, ensuring safety and cleanliness during food handling. Requirements Proven experience in residential cleaning or janitorial work; hotel or custodial experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation practices, and floor care methods. Ability to handle cleaning equipment such as vacuums, steam cleaners, buffers, and carpet extractors confidently. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor. Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that involve bending, lifting, standing for extended periods, and climbing ladders if needed. Basic familiarity with laundry processes and kitchen cleanliness standards. Reliable transportation to reach multiple client locations efficiently.
