$15.00-$16.00 per hour, with additional weekend premium opportunities About Us Schmid Custom Cleaning is a family-owned commercial cleaning company that has proudly served local businesses for over 25 years. We are known for treating our employees with respect, providing clear expectations, and maintaining reliable schedules. This position is ideal for someone looking to earn extra income on weekends while working independently in a professional environment. Schedule Friday, Saturday, and Sunday evenings Approximately 4 hours per shift (12 hours per week) Shifts typically begin after 6:00 PM, with some flexibility in start times What You'll Do Empty trash and recycling containers Dust and wipe surfaces Vacuum and mop floors Clean and restock restrooms Follow site-specific cleaning checklists and quality standards Communicate supply needs or maintenance concerns to your supervisor You're a Great Fit If You Have reliable transportation Are dependable and punctual Pay attention to detail and take pride in your work Can stand, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds Have a smartphone for timekeeping and communication (preferred) Are at least 18 years old No prior cleaning experience is required. We provide paid training.
