Handyman/Cleaner

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and reliable Handy Man to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a diverse skill set to handle various maintenance and repair tasks efficiently. This role requires a proactive attitude, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to work independently or as part of a team. The Handy Man will be responsible for ensuring that properties are well-maintained and functional. This positon would also have some cleaning responsibilities. Pay will be based off experience and diverse skill set. Duties Perform general repairs and maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and flooring. Utilize tools and equipment safely and effectively. Conduct routine inspections of facilities to identify issues and perform necessary repairs. Respond promptly to service requests from clients or management. Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used. Collaborate with other tradespeople as needed to complete projects efficiently. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment. Clean customer locations as needed. Qualifications Proven experience as a Handy Man or in a similar role is preferred. Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment. Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical systems, carpentry, and general maintenance practices. Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as part of a team under supervision. Good communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. MUST have a valid driver's license and clean driving record.
