Duties Operate professional carpet cleaning equipment to remove stains, dirt, and allergens from various types of carpets and flooring surfaces Perform floor care tasks such as buffing and polishing to maintain a polished appearance Assess each job site to determine the most effective cleaning methods and products for optimal results Maintain all cleaning tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition for daily use Follow safety protocols and environmentally friendly practices during all cleaning procedures Document completed work and communicate any maintenance or repair needs to supervisors Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial services, or environmental services is preferred Knowledge of floor care techniques including buffing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning methods Ability to operate commercial cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Strong attention to detail with a commitment to high-quality results Excellent physical stamina to stand, bend, lift, and move equipment throughout the workday Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Join our team as a Carpet Cleaning Technician and bring your energy and expertise into every space you service!
