Kohler, WI Opportunity Perform duties to keep the building and grounds of assigned property in neat and clean order according to quality standards.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

Cleaning your assigned areas according to standards and complete assignments without inconveniencing our guests and customers Having working knowledge of custodial equipment (rotary floor machine, automatic floor machine, carpet extractor, carpet shampooer, etc.) Obtaining knowledge of procedures, methods, and product use, pertaining to all assigned areas of public area cleaning Watching for the misuse of products and supplies Being fully knowledgeable of fire and safety procedures Perform any other duties upon request This is a Full-Time opportunity, working weekdays and weekends between the hours of 10:00pm and 6:00am. Skills/Requirements Applicants must be 18 or older to apply. We're looking for candidates who have the ability to lift 25+ pounds and tolerate being on their feet for the majority of their shift. Candidates also must be able to speak, write, and/or understand English. Prior custodian experience preferred. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future. The hourly range for this position is $14.50 - $21.70. The specific hourly rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including candidate's education and work location. Why Work at Kohler Co.?
