Job Description
Job Summary:
- We are seeking a dedicated Janitor to join our team. The Janitor will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, performing various cleaning duties, and ensuring that all facilities are well-kept. This position is three days per week on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays starting around 5:00pm. Cleaning will take approximately 2 to 3 hours per night.
Duties:
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other designated areas
- Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust floors
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, hand soap, and toilet paper
- Notify management of any damages or repairs needed
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals
Skills:
- Experience in commercial/ industrial cleaning
- Ability to clean and maintain various surfaces and materials
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in cleaning tasks
