PT Custodian Spare Time Entertainment - 3.1 Madison, WI Job Details Part-time 23 hours ago Qualifications Snow removal Interior window cleaning Floor cleaning chemicals Removing debris Outdoor work Mops Minor facility damage repair Groundskeeping Outdoor debris cleaning Paints Shovels Stocking Carpet vacuuming Restroom cleaning Light bulb replacement Routine maintenance projects Entry level Under 1 year Full Job Description What You'll Do Keep the facility guest-ready by following a daily and weekly cleaning checklist. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and shampoo floors and carpets. Clean and restock restrooms, ensuring everything is tidy and fully supplied. Wash windows, doors, and surfaces to keep first impressions spotless. Empty trash and recycling and keep public areas organized.
Pitch in with light maintenance:
replacing bulbs, touching up paint, or small repairs.
Help outside too:
picking up litter, shoveling snow, or clearing walkways when needed. Use cleaning equipment and products safely and correctly. Communicate with management about supply needs or maintenance issues. What You'll Bring A positive attitude and pride in a job well done. Prior custodial or maintenance experience is helpful but not required. Reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stay active throughout your shift.
