Job Description
We are seeking a Full Time 3RD shift Janitor to join our team. Typical schedule is Sunday 4PM-Midnight and Monday-Thursday 8PM-4AM. Our starting wage for this 3RD shift Full Time, 80 hour per pay period position, is $15.65 per hour. Our Shady Lane, Inc. campus provides quality care to residents needing rehab that focuses on goal oriented daily tasks; home-like assisted living; and customized skilled nursing care. No matter what the need we are committed to provide compassionate care at a reasonable cost as a non-profit community based organization. We strive for excellence here at Shady Lane and have a 5 Star rating from the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) for annual health inspections, staffing ratios, and quality measures. Some of the job duties include but are not limited to maintaining the appearance and safety of the grounds and equipment/light fixtures/toilets, cleaning duties, garbage runs, furniture moves, and snow removal. This position will promote dignity and respect to residents and complete job duties while working in a team environment practicing good communication and cooperation.
