Job Summary Join our dynamic cleaning team as a Cleaning Crew Member and be a vital part of providing reliable, high-quality residential, commercial, and organization support to help seniors, busy families, and property owners maintain clean and manageable spaces. Employees function primarily as Cleaning Technicians or Housekeepers, ensuring spaces are sanitized, organized, and welcoming.

Duties Residential & Standard Cleaning:

Perform routine upkeep including sweeping, vacuuming, mopping floors, dusting surfaces, cleaning mirrors, and removing trash.

Deep Cleaning & Turnovers:

Execute thorough cleaning of kitchens, bathrooms, exterior appliances, and rental property turnovers.

Detailed Sanitization:

Clean highly detailed areas such as ceiling fans, blinds, light fixtures, and baseboards.

Supply & Equipment Management:

Handle, carry, and maintain provided tools and cleaning solutions safely.

Common Job Requirements Physical Stamina:

Capability to stand, bend, push, pull, lift up to 25-30 pounds, and clean floors on hands and knees when necessary. Attention to
