Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:
High School diploma or equivalent 3-4 years' custodial work experience, including experience as a lead worker preferred Experience with basic plumbing Ability to supervise and evaluate others Ability to operate and repair a wide variety of custodial equipment Ability to communicate effectively with others Ability to problem-solve on own initiative A technology background in using Microsoft Office, e-mail, internet, and web-based software preferred Ability to pass pre-employment physical Valid WI driver's license The District:
