Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Janitor/Cleaner to join our facilities team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our Medford location. Your efforts will ensure that all spaces are hygienic, well-organized, and presentable, supporting the overall operations and satisfaction of our clients and staff. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of floors, restrooms, offices, hallways, and common areas using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies. Conduct routine custodial tasks such as dusting, trash removal, window washing, and surface disinfecting to uphold high standards of hygiene. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management when supplies need replenishing. Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries. Skills Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or custodial services within commercial setting Ability to perform detailed cleaning tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to safety standards. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.. Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude toward maintaining a clean environment.
