Responsibilities Perform comprehensive cleaning duties in residential homes or commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and surface sanitization Handle laundry tasks such as washing, folding, and organizing linens or clothing with care and efficiency Maintain high standards of sanitation by disinfecting bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas to ensure health safety compliance Conduct floor care activities including sweeping, mopping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to keep surfaces pristine Manage janitorial tasks like waste disposal, restocking supplies, and ensuring all cleaning equipment is well-maintained Provide excellent customer service by communicating professionally with clients about their cleaning needs and preferences Follow health and safety guidelines diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and clients Requirements Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping management; hotel experience is a plus Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, sanitation standards, and floor care procedures Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and operating cleaning equipment safely Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Familiarity with laundry processes and carpet cleaning methods preferred Reliable transportation to access various job sites on schedule A proactive attitude with attention to detail and a commitment to delivering quality results Embark on a rewarding career where your skills shine through every clean!
