Job Summary Muskego Circle Community Center is seeking a dependable, detail‑oriented part-time cleaner to help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests and community programs. This role is ideal for someone who works well independently and takes pride in keeping spaces looking their best. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas including floors, windows, restrooms, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning tools and supplies Conduct floor care activities such as sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing to maintain a pristine appearance Handle janitorial tasks efficiently, including trash removal, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, and restocking supplies Maintain high standards of cleanliness by following established protocols Support basic maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or reporting larger issues to the appropriate team members Requirements Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, custodial duties, or related fields such as facilities maintenance or porter experience Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts Physical stamina to perform repetitive cleaning tasks including standing, bending, lifting, and moving equipment for extended periods Join us in creating clean and welcoming environments!
