Responsibilities Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of the rental property, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas. Perform detailed floor care such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness of rugs and upholstery. Manage laundry duties by washing, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and guest supplies. Restock essentials like toiletries, cleaning supplies, and kitchen items to ensure guest comfort. Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs or damages and report issues promptly. Maintain high standards of sanitation by adhering to health guidelines and safety protocols during all cleaning procedures. Qualifications 2 years experience in residential or commercial cleaning, janitorial work, or housekeeping. Familiarity with cleaning tools and products used in carpet cleaning, floor care, sanitation, and general custodial tasks. Experience in hospitality settings such as hotels or vacation rentals is highly desirable. Strong attention to detail with a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently efficiently while managing time effectively. Basic knowledge of laundry procedures and handling linens with care.
