Job Overview Join our dynamic cleaning team as a Window Cleaner and Pressure Washer, where your energetic approach and attention to detail will shine! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of commercial buildings and residential homes, ensuring windows and exterior surfaces are spotless and inviting. Your expertise in pressure washing will help restore surfaces to their original brilliance, making a visible difference every day. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in commercial cleaning while contributing to a professional and vibrant work environment. Duties Clean windows of various heights using appropriate tools and safety equipment, ensuring streak-free clarity and a polished look Operate pressure washers to clean building exteriors, sidewalks, parking lots, and other surfaces efficiently and safely Use ladders or other elevated platforms to access hard-to-reach areas, following all safety protocols Perform routine janitorial tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to maintain a clean work environment Prepare surfaces for cleaning by removing debris or obstacles, ensuring thorough and effective cleaning processes Follow safety guidelines diligently when handling equipment like pressure washers and laddera to prevent accidents or injuries Document completed work and report any maintenance issues or safety concerns promptly Experience Prior experience in commercial cleaning, custodial work, or janitorial services preferred but not required—training will be provided for the right candidate Familiarity with cleaning techniques for windows, exterior surfaces, and use of pressure washing equipment is advantageous Experience operating scissor lifts or similar elevated platforms is a plus Knowledge of safety procedures related to working at heights and handling high-pressure equipment is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward maintaining high standards of cleanliness This energetic role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to contribute to a professional cleaning team.
