Window Cleaning and Snow Plowing Technician

BlueLine Cleaning Services is currently seeking candidates to fill our window cleaning and snow plowing crew member role. This role supervises job site activities at commercial and residential properties throughout Waukesha County, directs job progress, controls labor costs, and ensures quality of work as directed by BlueLine's Manager. No window cleaning experience is necessary. We will train the right individual. This full-time position includes window cleaning and gutter cleaning all year round, and snow plowing from November to March. Responsibilities

• Window cleaning
• Wash interior and exterior windows of residential and commercial buildings using extension poles and ladders.
• Snow plowing
• operate equipment to clear snow from commercial and residential properties.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Communicate with customers and the management team.
• Execute projects/jobs within budget and on time.
• Achieve standards of safety, productivity, and quality of work. Qualifications
• High School Diploma.
• Strong knowledge of safety regulations and precautions.
• Valid drivers' license with clean driving record.
• Able to perform duties with minimal supervision; demonstrate drive and initiative while responding to rapidly varying requirements.
• Able to communicate effectively in person, by telephone and in writing with management, customers, and employees.
• Able to adapt to unexpected changes as necessary.
• Must be able to manage time effectively.
• Maintain a good attendance record.
• Willing to work off-hours as specific needs dictate.
