Ideal Cleaner Job Description:

ElevateOne Properties is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team and maintain the cleanliness of our common areas and apartments during turnovers. The ideal candidate takes pride in their work, works efficiently with minimal supervision, and consistently delivers high-quality results. This is a flexible, as-needed position based on unit turnover schedules with bi-weekly cleaning of common areas. Responsibilities:

Clean apartments between tenancy Clean and maintain common areas. Complete move-out inspections. Drywall patching and small paint touch ups. Re-stock inventory and maintain cleaning tools and chemicals.

Qualifications:

Previous cleaning experience preferred, strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, ability to work independently and be accountable to deadlines, takes ownership over projects and tasks, reliable transportation, team player, strong work ethic, integrity and strong moral character.
