Custodial Services Racine County/Racine Area Manufacturers and Commerce Racine, WI Job Details Full-time $22 an hour 21 hours ago Benefits Health savings account Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Sanitation Groundskeeping High school diploma or GED Property maintenance Driver's License Full Job Description Overview Maintain cleanliness, safety and order of the Dennis Kornwolf Services Center located at 1717 Taylor Avenue. Additionally, this position is responsible for deliveries and distributions, exterior debris removal and assisting with fleet vehicles. Essential Duties Lobby and classroom set up and tear down for meetings and vendors. Performs general cleaning in office areas including dusting, vacuuming, emptying garbage as needed, light shoveling/salting of walkways and removal of snow from fleet vehicles.
- Mop floors and sweep stairwells maintaining clean and safe areas.
- Sweep sidewalks, clear entryways and pick up litter or debris from external property grounds.
- Distribution of essential products throughout department and as directed by staff.
- Assist maintenance department as needed.
- Work with Department administrative assistance to take fleet vehicles for routine Maintenance.
- Work with Manager when special projects arise.
- Handle minor repair such as changing of light bulb, filling soap/hand sanitizer Dispensers.
- Other duties as assigned.
