Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Cleaner/Trainer to oversee cleaning operations and lead a team of cleaning technicians. This role is vital in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency across various facilities. As a Lead Cleaner/Trainer, you will be responsible for supervising cleaning teams, providing hands-on training, and ensuring all cleaning procedures meet organizational and industry standards. Your leadership will foster a positive work environment, promote best practices, and ensure that cleanliness and hygiene are prioritized at all times. This position is for a independent contractor (1099) not a employee (W-2). You will be responsible for getting and maintaining your own general contractors insurance. Responsibilities Perform all cleaning duties necessary to obtain and maintain a clean space for clients Show up to various clients homes, Airbnb, apartment move-out cleanings on time on scheduled times/dates to perform cleaning duties Supervise daily cleaning activities across multiple sites, residential and commercial, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards Train new and existing cleaning technicians on proper cleaning techniques, safety protocols, and equipment use Assign tasks, and monitor team performance to optimize productivity Conduct quality inspections to verify cleanliness levels This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys leading others, and wants to grow with a company long-term.
