About the Position Koss Services is looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Professional Cleaner to join our growing team. This position focuses on high-quality cleaning for residential homes, commercial properties, apartment turnovers, and move-in/move-out cleanings. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, notices the small details, and enjoys transforming spaces. If you are reliable, self-motivated, and believe "good enough" isn't good enough, we'd love to hear from you. Responsibilities Perform detailed deep cleaning of residential and commercial properties Complete apartment and rental unit turnovers Move-in and move-out cleaning services Clean kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, bedrooms, and common areas Dust, vacuum, mop, sanitize, and disinfect surfaces Clean appliances, cabinets, baseboards, windows (interior), doors, and trim Remove trash and prepare units for new occupants Report maintenance concerns or damages noticed during cleaning Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment Follow company quality standards and cleaning checklists Work independently while maintaining excellent communication Qualifications Previous professional cleaning experience preferred (residential, commercial, hotel, or apartment turnovers) Strong attention to detail Dependable with excellent attendance Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Comfortable standing, bending, kneeling, and moving throughout the day Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to pass a background check Authorized to work in the United States What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely enjoys cleaning Takes ownership of their work Notices the little things others miss Works efficiently without sacrificing quality Professional and respectful with clients and coworkers Honest, trustworthy, and dependable Why Join Koss Services?
