Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings. This role requires a strong commitment to customer service, ensuring that each client's home is treated with the utmost care and respect. This is a position for a independent contractor (1099-nec) not a employee (W-2), familiarize yourself with the differences (the main difference is in how taxes are filed) . If you have experience in cleaning, sanitation, and customer service, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. Execute floor care tasks such as sweeping, polishing, and carpet cleaning to maintain the appearance of various flooring types. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning visit. Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and maintained in an organized manner. Follow established cleaning protocols to ensure high standards of sanitation are met. Collaborate with team members to complete larger cleaning projects as needed. Being on time and maintaining consistent work is a must Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and respecting their privacy. Qualifications Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles; hotel, Airbnb or commercial cleaning experience is a plus. Strong knowledge of sanitation practices and floor care techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results. Ability to manage time efficiently and work independently or as part of a team.
