Job Description
Overview The Porter is responsible for preparing, loading, unloading, transporting, and delivering powersports vehicles to and from Service Technicians and customers. Essential Functions Transport on and off-road vehicles to technicians as needed. Help customers load and unload vehicles and parts as requested. Effectively manage all parked vehicles. Treat customers with honesty and demonstrate our commitment to superior customer service and ethical business practices. Ensure a clean and safe working area. Operate safely all equipment sold by the dealership and follow all safety rules in performing work assignments. Keep the parking lot and outdoor facilities clean and organized. Other related duties as assigned. Experience and Qualifications Required Excellent communication and customer service skills. Class D driver's license. Experience with operating of powersports vehicles, including ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles, and motorcycles. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Ability to physically maneuver motorcycles, powersports vehicles, and agricultural equipment. Ability to perform duties in an environment with chemicals, cleaning, and fuel fumes. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to speak and write clearly and to understand verbal and written instructions. Superior customer service skills.
