Janitorial Supervisor

A janitorial cleaning supervisor is needed for a growing company. We are seeking a team leader with a minimum of 2- 3 years of janitorial supervision experience.

Required qualifications and training include:

• Complete knowledge of communications, including a smartphone for calls, emails, and texts. Must possess strong customer service abilities, as you will be the primary customer contact on-site.
• General office cleaning, including Bloodborne Pathogens, restroom cleaning, and OSHA safety training.
• 2 years minimum experience in floor care, including but not limited to using a traction or push auto scrubbers, and experience with VCT, RVT, and Marble floors.
• Carpet cleaning and carpet spot cleaning experience is a plus.
• Experience with a variety of cleaning machines, quick learning ability, and attention to detail.
• Must be highly organized and motivated to oversee a crew of up to 4 employees.
• Ability to complete employee reviews and make management suggestions.
• Experience scheduling employees using management software.
• Ability to fill in for absent employees.
• Inspecting and resupplying accounts.
• Training new employees.
• Availability to work 8 am - 4 pm daily.
• This position is not remote.
