Janitorial Cleaning

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Janitor to join our team. Ideally I'm seeking to hire 2 cleaners one for M-F and one for the weekends only. I pay every Monday and do not hold taxes. The ideal candidates will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. The location for this opening is the Hurricane Family Care medical facility. Average of 2 hrs a week for M-F Friday cleaner with the time frame that can only be cleaned between 8-9 pm during business hours. The weekend cleaner cleans between 5-6 pm only during business hours and for average of 15 mins per cleaning per night. Must be punctual and dependable! Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas. Conduct industrial and commercial cleaning as required, ensuring adherence to safety standards. Handle custodial responsibilities including waste disposal. Support porter duties by managing supplies and equipment for cleaning operations. Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. Skills Proficiency in facilities maintenance and custodial practices. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high cleanliness standards. Ability to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment. Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
