Job Description

Shift:
Evenings ONLY Wednesday- Friday also must work Saturdays and Sundays!
MUST BE ORGANIZED COLLECT AND CORRECT FLAGGER PAPERWORK DAILY CONTACT FLAGGERS DAILY FOR CORRECTIONS OR MISSING PAPERWORK EXPLAIN SCANNING APP TO FLAGGERS MAKE SURE PICS ARE CLEAR AND ABLE TO BE PRINTED AND SCANNED COLLECT WEEKLY TIMESHEETS SORT AND ORGANIZE FLAGGING SHEETS PER CREW/AREA CALCULATE WEEKLY TOTAL FOR EACH CREW AND INVOICE SHEET COMPARE DAILY PAPERS TO THE WEEKLY TIMESHEETS AND MAKE CORRECTONS INFORM ADMINISTRATION ABOUT ANY ISSUES WITH PAPERWORK, FLAGGER CORRESPONDENCE OR INFORMATION FROM SIMPLE TEXT THAT NEEDS SHARED.
