We are currently seeking a Cleaning Technician who will deliver excellent cleaning services to our clients. Position Overview The Cleaning Technician is responsible for performing high-quality cleaning services, ensuring quality standards are met, and helping create clean, organized spaces for our clients. This role focuses on hands-on, detailed cleaning work. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed cleaning in residential and commercial environments Complete both maintenance cleaning and deep cleaning tasks Ensure company cleaning standards and checklists are followed Communicate with management regarding job updates or concerns Maintain strong attention to detail and efficiency Help create a positive and supportive team environment What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Dependable and trustworthy Positive and professional Detail-oriented with pride in their work Organized and able to manage multiple tasks A strong communicator and team player Requirements Valid driver's license Reliable transportation and vehicle insurance Phone capable of calling and texting Ability to perform physical cleaning work including standing, bending, kneeling, climbing stairs, and lifting 20-50 lbs Ability to travel between job locations Previous cleaning experience is preferred. Schedule Part-Time Monday-Friday AM Shift Position Approximately 8:00 AM•4:30 PM Some schedule flexibility may be available depending on client needs.

Pay Starting Pay:

$18.00•$22.00 per hour depending on experience Raise to $19.00•22.00 after training Performance-based raises available Top technician pay up to $25.00 per hour Paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. Employees remain clocked in between jobs, so travel time between locations is paid. Travel Clarity Cleaning serves surrounding communities including: Martinsburg Hedgeville Falling Waters Winchester Hagertown Kearneysville Team members must be able to travel up to 30 minutes one-way when necessary.
