Residential Cleaner / Cleaning Team Lead (Growth Opportunity)

Castello Contracting & Home Services is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Residential Cleaner to join our growing team. This is a 1099 contractor position with flexible scheduling. You tell us your availability, and we'll schedule jobs around it.

Pay:

$17-$24/hour based on experience

Responsibilities:

Perform recurring residential cleanings and deep cleans Follow company cleaning procedures and quality standards Communicate professionally with clients and management Work independently while maintaining attention to detail

Requirements:

1+ year of residential cleaning experience preferred Deep cleaning experience preferred Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Ability to travel throughout our service area Strong attention to detail and reliability Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks, including bending, lifting, kneeling, and standing for extended periods

Preferred:

Experience working for a professional cleaning company Flexible weekday availability AWD/4WD vehicle (some clients are located on rural roads) Experience training or mentoring others

Service Area:

Spencer, Ripley, Parkersburg, Charleston, Grantsville, and surrounding areas. We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work, communicates well, and wants to grow with a company that's building something great.

Pay:

$17.00 - $24.00 per hour
