Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Facilities Custodian to join our team on a part-time basis. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, safety, and overall appearance of our facilities. Your efforts will ensure a welcoming environment for staff, visitors, and clients alike. This position offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to a well-organized, hygienic workspace while developing valuable custodial and maintenance skills.
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. (20 hours per week)
Pay:
Based on qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities Include:
Cleaning and sanitizing offices, restrooms, meeting rooms, and common areas Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, and trash removal Restocking restroom and janitorial supplies Assisting with facility setup and breakdown for meetings and events Performing minor maintenance and repair tasks Securing assigned facilities at the end of each shift Reporting maintenance and safety concerns Maintaining grounds and exterior areas as needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required Ability to work professionally Custodial experience is preferred but not required. Applicants should be dependable, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
