Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Vacation Rental Professional Cleaner! In this role, you will be responsible for preparing vacation rental properties to the highest standards of comfort, sanitation, and guest satisfaction. Your approach ensures each property is spotless, inviting, and ready for new guests. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to memorable guest experiences through exceptional cleaning and hospitality service. Duties Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of vacation rental properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living spaces, and outdoor areas. Perform detailed floor care such as vacuuming carpets, mopping hard floors, and maintaining cleanliness of rugs and upholstery. Manage laundry duties by washing, folding, and organizing linens, towels, and guest supplies efficiently. Ensure all surfaces are disinfected according to sanitation standards to promote guest health and safety. Restock supplies such as toiletries, cleaning products, and kitchen essentials to ensure properties are fully equipped for incoming guests. Maintain a high level of customer service by addressing guest requests promptly and professionally during property turnovers. Adhere to all safety protocols related to cleaning chemicals, equipment operation, and overall property maintenance. Experience Prior experience in residential cleaning or janitorial services is highly desirable. Experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning provides a strong foundation for this role. Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance is preferred. Background in laundry services or custodial work enhances efficiency in managing guest linens and supplies. Knowledge of sanitation standards and cleaning best practices ensures consistent quality across all properties. Previous experience in housekeeper management or supervising cleaning teams is a plus but not required.
