General Cleaner

• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a clean and orderly environment, performing various cleaning duties to ensure high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

• Duties:

• Perform cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, vacuuming
• Clean and sanitize common areas as well as rental units, in between turns
• Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling cleaning chemicals
• Notify management of any repairs needed

• Qualifications:

• Previous experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks
