Job Description
Overview House of Fire Pizza in Fairbanks is looking for a full time kitchen staff member. We have 3 locations in Fairbanks and one centralized kitchen that supplies all 3 locations. We prepare everything from scratch. We are looking for an experienced cook who can follow our recipes and who is kitchen efficient. This is a full time position Monday-Friday. Other details provided during our required in-person interview. Must have valid driver's license. Will need food handler's card. Pay includes an hourly wage plus tips sharing (averages to approximately $20-23/hour). Kitchen crew consists of two people. Duties
- make sauces
- make salad dressings
- make cannolis
- smoke mozzarella (detailed coaching will be provided)
- prepare bacon, mushrooms and other vegetables toppings
- slice cheese
- if interested, we can teach how we run our hydroponic basil tower
- other tasks as needed
