Part-Time Position SummaryThe Village is seeking a reliable and hardworking Back-of-House Team Member to support daily kitchen and restaurant operations. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in maintaining cleanliness, organization, and efficiency. Responsibilities- Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen and prep areas
- Stock and organize inventory and supplies
- Assist with food preparation as directed
- Remove trash and maintain sanitation standards
- Receive and organize deliveries
- Support kitchen staff during busy periods
- Ensure all health and safety guidelines are followed
- Assist with opening and closing duties Qualifications
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable and punctual
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a team
- Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required
