Hibachi Helper / Sushi Helper

Osaka is looking for 2 full time local individuals who are able to: Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation specifications as set by osaka's gold standard Has understanding and knowledge of how to properly use and maintain all equipment in the station (we will provide training) Responsible for maintaining all equipment machines to prepare food including powering on and off at the beginning and close of the restaurant (we will provide training) Clean food preparation areas, cooking surfaces, and utensils Verify that prepared food meets osaka requirements for quality Maintain personal health and sanitation standards Must be knowledgeable of all safety codes per osaka's guidelines Ensure compliance with osaka's code of ethics, integrity and conduct Experience is not necessary!
