In this energetic role, you will engage with customers, prepare and serve food and beverages, and ensure the restaurant maintains a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide attentive service to enhance their dining experience Prepare food items according to established recipes and safety standards, including quick service and fast food offerings Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales transactions Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote special offers effectively Maintain cleanliness by bussing tables, sanitizing workstations, and ensuring proper food handling procedures are followed Assist with food preparation tasks in the kitchen or café area to support smooth service flow Follow all sanitation, food safety, and health regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order accuracy Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate loads, and work in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices is a plus Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Experience in cashiering, serving, or retail math will support success in this role Embark on a rewarding journey where your energy fuels exceptional guest experiences!
