Communicate effectively with kitchen team members to relay special requests or modifications from guests. Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting the culinary team in maintaining efficiency. Ensure all food handling and safety protocols are followed diligently to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests. Support bussing duties by clearing tables promptly and maintaining cleanliness in dining areas to enhance guest satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant operations, or hospitality environments. Strong communication skills to coordinate seamlessly with kitchen staff and servers. Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Experience with food preparation, cooking, or culinary techniques is a plus. Familiarity with banquet service or large-scale event catering enhances adaptability. Ability to multitask efficiently during high-pressure situations while maintaining attention to detail.
