• Prepare and serve food from the food truck
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
• Assist in food preparation and cooking
• Provide excellent customer service and upsell menu items
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen area
• Manage time efficiently to meet customer demands Qualifications
• Knowledge of food safety practices
• Basic math skills for transactions and inventory management
• Previous experience in a restaurant or culinary environment is advantageous
• Ability to work well in a team and help colleagues when needed
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
• Strong time management skills to handle busy periods effectively
