Job Summary Hopkins Icehouse is hiring Food Service Operations Staff to support guest service, kitchen operations, food preparation, and daily restaurant activities. The role focuses on maintaining efficient service and creating a positive dining experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Common Job Roles Server / Waitstaff Food Runner / Busser Host / Hostess Line Cook / Prep Cook Dishwasher Counter Service Staff Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide friendly customer service Take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately Assist kitchen and service staff during busy shifts Maintain cleanliness of dining, kitchen, and service areas Handle POS transactions when assigned Follow food safety and sanitation standards Requirements Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand for long periods and lift supplies when needed Restaurant experience is a plus Preferred Skills Experience in restaurant or food service operations Customer service and multitasking ability Basic POS system knowledge Positive attitude and reliability Ability to work efficiently during peak hours About the Company Hopkins Icehouse is a restaurant and hospitality establishment in Texarkana offering food, beverages, and casual dining service in a relaxed atmosphere.
