(EXPO)Lucca Coastal Kitchen & Lucca Livingroom | Chandler, AZ We are looking for a fast-paced, organized, and detail-oriented Kitchen Expeditor (Expo) to join our growing hospitality team. This is one of the most important positions in our restaurant. The Expo acts as the communication bridge between the kitchen and front of house team, ensuring every plate leaves the kitchen accurately, beautifully presented, and on time. Position Details Hourly Pay + Tip Pool Participation Expected earnings typically range from $20-$25+ per hour combined Full-time and part-time positions available Nights and weekends preferred Responsibilities Organize and manage ticket flow during service Ensure food is plated correctly and consistently Verify all modifications and special requests Communicate clearly with cooks, chefs, runners, and servers Maintain speed and timing of food leaving the kitchen Assist in creating a smooth, calm, and efficient kitchen environment Ensure every guest receives the correct food at the highest quality Maintain cleanliness and organization of the expo line Qualifications Previous restaurant experience is mandatory Prior expo, food running, kitchen, or serving experience strongly preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and teamwork skills Attention to detail and sense of urgency Positive attitude and reliability Passion for hospitality and guest experience What We Offer Competitive pay structure with tip pool participation Growth opportunities within multiple restaurant concepts Team-oriented culture Employee discounts Leadership development opportunities Opportunity to learn both front and back of house operations We are building restaurants focused on exceptional food, elevated hospitality, strong teamwork, and memorable guest experiences.
