Duties Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service Prepare food items following established recipes and safety standards, including pizza assembly, topping application, and food handling procedures Operate cash registers efficiently, handle cash transactions with accuracy, and perform cashiering duties including cash handling and basic math calculations Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales opportunities through effective suggestive selling techniques Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the kitchen, dining area, and food preparation stations in compliance with food safety regulations Assist with food delivery or pickup orders while providing excellent customer service in a quick service & fast food restaurant setting Support other restaurant operations such as bussing tables, restocking supplies, and ensuring overall sanitation of the restaurant environment Skills Proven experience in food preparation or food service environments such as restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, or retail food outlets Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and cashiering tasks Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy periods Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math calculations, and order totals accurately Experience in upselling menu items to boost sales while maintaining a friendly approach Previous restaurant experience or culinary background is a plus but not required; willingness to learn is essential Join us today to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to delivering great pizza and memorable guest experiences!
