Operate cash register, handle transactions, and provide change. Keep areas clean and perform routine maintenance. Drive to events or locations as needed (company car) Provide excellent customer service and resolve complaints when they may arise. Set up stations before shifts; stock supplies and prep items. Chop vegetables, prepare sauces, and cook assigned items. Work with other cooks to ensure food is ready at the right time and temperature. Stock inventory. Prepare and serve food according to recipes and standards. Operate and maintain equipment (grills, fryers, cash registers). Follow health and safety regulations. Handle delivery orders when drivers arrive at location.
