Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and food safety Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle cash transactions with precision Deliver exceptional customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards by bussing tables, cleaning workstations, and adhering to health regulations Assist in food handling, packaging, and serving to ensure timely delivery of orders in a quick service environment Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure smooth operations and satisfied customers Support kitchen operations by assisting with food prep, stocking supplies, and ensuring efficient workflow Experience Prior experience in food preparation or food service is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and willingness to learn are key!
