  • Full-time Job description: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Lead Commercial Kitchen Equipment Technician to join our team.
In this role, you will be responsible for the repair, maintenance, and installation of various kitchen equipment. You will work closely with customers to ensure their equipment is functioning optimally and provide exceptional service in the field. This position requires a strong mechanical aptitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Responsibilities Diagnose and repair hot side kitchen appliances and equipment. Conduct routine maintenance and inspections on kitchen equipment to ensure optimal performance. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns and ensuring satisfaction with repairs. Utilize field service tools and techniques to perform repairs in various settings, including restaurants and commercial kitchens. Operate a box truck for the delivery of parts or equipment as needed. Assist in the assembly of new kitchen equipment upon delivery. Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs performed, and parts used. Qualifications Proven experience as a service technician, preferably in the kitchen equipment or appliance repair industry. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in equipment repair and assembly. Familiarity with refrigeration systems and HVAC principles is highly desirable. A valid driver's license. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are essential for success in this role.
