The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with serving food and drinks, and ensuring a clean and organized workspace. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a dynamic setting and have a passion for delivering quality service. Pay is $15.15 per hour PLUS cash tips, which can total up to $17.00+ an hour all together. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Handle cash transactions efficiently and maintain an accurate cash register. Operate the POS system for order processing and payment handling. Provide support to team members during busy periods to ensure smooth operations. Engage with customers to promote menu items and specials, enhancing sales opportunities. Adhere to health and safety regulations while preparing food and serving customers. Skills Strong cash handling abilities with attention to detail. Experience in working in a café/quick service restaurant setting is preferred. Familiarity with POS systems and retail math for accurate transaction processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.
