Responsibilities Assist in preparing ingredients and cooking dishes according to established recipes and standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and disposing of waste properly Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and hygiene practices Support serving staff by bussing tables, refilling supplies, and ensuring smooth service flow Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing when required Contribute to banquet setups and catering events, ensuring timely and quality food delivery Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate food preparation and service activities Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with knowledge of food handling procedures Familiarity with cooking techniques, food preparation, and kitchen safety standards Experience with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS preferred Strong customer service skills with excellent communication abilities Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices Previous banquet or hotel kitchen experience is a plus Hospitality background with guest services understanding enhances team collaboration Embark on a rewarding culinary journey where your skills make a difference!
