As we prepare to open our new Aliso Viejo location, we are looking for hardworking and dependable Back-of-House team members who are excited to grow with us and be part of a new restaurant opening team. Open Positions We are currently hiring for the following Back-of-House roles: Lead Line Cook Line Cook Prep Cook Dishwasher Qualifications Previous kitchen, restaurant, or food service experience is preferred, but not required for all positions Line Cook and Prep Cook positions may require prior relevant experience Food Handler Card certification required (Certification provided if needed) Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a team environment Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment Must be available for training prior to opening Evening, weekend, and holiday availability may be required Hiring Process Once your application is received, your resume will be sent to the hiring manager for review.
