We focus on high-quality ingredients, clean execution, and a polished but approachable guest experience. Position Overview We are seeking a strong Expediter (Expo) to help lead kitchen flow and ensure every dish leaving the line meets our standards for quality, accuracy, and timing . This role is critical to delivering a consistent guest experience and requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure .
