We are assembling a motivated, respectful, and growth-oriented kitchen team to join us at this exciting opening stage. Your responsibility Maintain exceptional cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in the kitchen at all times Support daily ramen preparation including broth prep, tare, toppings, cutting ingredients, marinating meats, and portioning Assist with cooking support tasks — assembling bowls, preparing garnishes, and coordinating with the ramen line Learn kitchen systems such as noodle cooking timing, plating standards, station setup, and kitchen flow Handle dishwashing, equipment cleaning, wiping counters, sweeping, mopping, and end-of-day breakdown Restock ingredients and maintain proper labeling/rotation (FIFO) Assist with receiving deliveries and organizing storage areas Adapt quickly during busy service periods and support teammates where needed Follow food safety standards and uphold all health department regulations Who We're Looking For We hire based on attitude, reliability, and teamwork — skills can be trained.
