Full Job Description Position:

Bubble Tea Shop Staff & Kitchen Staff Location:

Campbell, CA We are hiring team members to join our bubble tea shop

Open Positions:

Front Staff (10-15 people) Experience in bubble tea or coffee shops preferred Kitchen Staff (1-2 people) Male candidates preferred, must be flexible to support both front and back of house

Responsibilities:

Front Staff:

Prepare drinks (bubble tea, matcha, etc.) Take orders and handle cashier Maintain store cleanliness

Kitchen Staff:

Prepare ingredients and support drink production Assist both front and back of house Maintain kitchen cleanliness and efficiency

Requirements:

Must be available to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) Basic English communication Responsible and detail-oriented Able to work in a fast-paced environment Experience preferred (training provided)

Pay & Training:

Front Staff Training:

$19/hour After 12 shifts or 1 month + passing evaluation: $20/hour + tips (approx. $3-4/hour)

Kitchen Staff Training:

$20/hour After 12 shifts or 1 month + passing evaluation: $21/hour + tips Must be able to support both front & kitchen roles
