We are looking for energetic and reliable Food Prep Associates to join our Bistro team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in preparing fresh, quality food for our guests. This position is currently available only for the PM shift from 4:30pm to 10:30pm. Must be available weekends. Responsibilities Prepare and portion food items according to Marriott brand standards Assist with breakfast, lunch, and dinner prep as needed Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and prep areas Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines Support Bistro staff with basic cooking and plating when needed Restock ingredients and supplies during shifts Requirements Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred (but not required) Ability to work efficiently in a team and independently Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs food handlers certificate Benefits Pay starting at $16.50/hour + , based on experience Marriott travel discounts worldwide Career growth opportunities within the company and Marriott brand Supportive and team-oriented work environment Apply today and be part of our exciting opening team—help us deliver fresh, quality dining experiences to every guest!
