This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a good eye for design, and the ability to present luxury kitchen, closet, vanity, and interior cabinetry products in a polished and confident manner. The Showroom Representative will assist the sales designer with client meetings, product presentations, showroom upkeep, follow-ups, and general daily operations. CAD or technical design experience is a plus, but it is not required . The most important qualities are professionalism, organization, presentation skills, reliability, and the ability to represent a high-end European brand. DutiesClient & Showroom Support Welcome showroom visitors and provide a professional first impression. Assist the sales person/designer during client meetings and presentations. Introduce clients to our German cabinetry lines, finishes, accessories, appliances, countertops, and design options. Help explain product differences, showroom displays, materials, hardware, and available customization options. Support follow-up communication with clients, designers, architects, builders, and contractors. Maintain accurate client notes and make sure inquiries are properly passed to the sales team. Presentation & Sales Assistance Help prepare showroom presentations, finish samples, brochures, catalogs, and product information. Assist with organizing material selections, color options, door samples, hardware, lighting, countertop samples, and appliance information. Support the sales team in preparing basic proposals, client packets, and presentation materials. Help coordinate showroom visits, appointments, and client follow-ups. Confidently present the showroom and product quality when the main sales person is occupied. Showroom Upkeep Keep the showroom clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times. Make sure displays, samples, brochures, accessories, and signage are properly arranged. Check that kitchens, closets, vanities, lighting, appliances, drawers, and accessories are clean and functioning. Identify missing, damaged, or outdated showroom items and report them to management. Assist with seasonal updates, display changes, accessories, decorations, and showroom improvements. Administrative & Coordination Support Maintain showroom sample libraries and product documentation. Help with appointment scheduling, customer information, and CRM updates. Coordinate with internal team members regarding client needs, missing information, and follow-up tasks. Assist with order paperwork, sample requests, supplier information, and basic project coordination as needed. Requirements Experience in a showroom, interior design, luxury retail, cabinetry, furniture, kitchen/bath, architecture, real estate, or construction-related environment is preferred. Strong communication and presentation skills. Professional appearance and polished customer-service attitude. Good understanding of colors, finishes, materials, and interior design aesthetics. Ability to work with high-end clients, designers, architects, builders, and homeowners. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable. Comfortable learning technical product information and explaining it clearly to clients. Ability to multitask in a busy showroom environment. Basic computer skills required. Experience with CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or design software is a plus. CAD, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Revit, or 3D design experience is helpful, but not mandatory . Interest in luxury interiors, German cabinetry, kitchens, closets, vanities, appliances, and modern design. Preferred Skills Interior design or kitchen/bath showroom experience. Experience with luxury products or high-end customer service. Knowledge of cabinetry, countertops, appliances, lighting, closets, or remodeling. Ability to assist with social media photos/videos of showroom displays is a plus. Bilingual skills are a plus. Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is someone who can make clients feel welcomed, support the sales person during busy showroom hours, keep the showroom looking perfect, and confidently present our products in a professional way. This person does not need to be a full kitchen designer, but should have good taste, strong people skills, and the ability to learn our products quickly
